How to use

Sign up

  • 1.Please enter your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, email, and passport number.

  • 2.Please enter the verification code sent to the email you provided into the app.

  • 3.After completing the registration, enjoy the various benefits provided by BUSAN Pay.

Card Registration

  • 1.Please collect your card from the card issuance center. For card issuance locations, please refer to the card issuance section on the website.

  • 2.Please enter the card number and expiration date from the back of the card into the app.

  • 3.After completing the card registration, it can be used immediately, and you can also report a lost card through the app.

Payment

  • 1.You can use the registered card with the swipe method.

  • 2.At QR-affiliated stores, QR payment is possible without a physical card.

  • 3.In the BUSAN Pay app, scan the QR code, enter the amount to be paid, and then press the payment button.

Top-up Balance

  • 1.You can top up at any nearby BNK BUSAN BANK.

  • 2.You can top up via credit card and other methods in the app.

  • 3.After making a payment at a BUSAN Pay-affiliated store, rewards are instantly credited. The credited rewards can be used immediately for the next payment.

Policy / Cancellation Policy

  • You must use at least 60% of the final top-up balance to be eligible for a refund. (If the final top-up balance is less than 10,000 KRW, you must use at least 80%.) For a refund, please bring your passport and visit the nearest Busan Bank. The refund will be issued in Korean Won.
  • For inquiries related to mobile transportation cards, please contact the nearest subway station. For inquiries related to the VISIT BUSAN PASS, please call 1660-1122.
